Which systems
HubSpot and Pipedrive are the main targets. We also connect other CRMs where a project needs it. If neither fits, we say so; Custom CRM Development exists for the case where the process itself does not fit a standard tool.
A practical first engagement: CRM Cleanup & Sales Workflow Setup
For a sales team whose CRM exists but is not trusted: leads without owners, duplicates, unclear stages. HubSpot and Pipedrive are the usual cases; we claim no partnership with either vendor. €1,990 fixed price for the standard scope below, net of VAT treatment that depends on your location. A short scoping conversation comes first; there is no separate discovery fee.
Need something larger? We also scope custom implementations — this package is an entry route, not the maximum project size.
- Package: CRM Cleanup & Sales Workflow Setup — €1,990 fixed.
- Included: One CRM — primarily HubSpot or Pipedrive; One principal sales pipeline; Up to 10,000 existing records; Field and duplicate cleanup within standard limits; Ownership and lead routing; Forms / email connection where supported; Basic workflow and dashboard setup; Handoff documentation.
- Key scope limit: One CRM, one principal pipeline, up to 10,000 existing records.
- Not included: CRM subscriptions and licences; Custom quote instead: more than 10,000 records, multiple CRMs, custom objects or a complex data model, a major migration, multiple business units or pipelines, extensive bespoke integrations.
- Anything materially outside the standard scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed.
What an implementation covers
- Pipeline and stages defined around how deals actually move, with clear entry and exit rules for each stage
- Fields and properties: what to capture, what to drop, what is required and when
- Lead routing — who gets which lead, how fast, and what happens when nobody responds
- Forms and website connection, so leads arrive as complete records rather than as emails
- Email and calendar connection where it genuinely helps the workflow
- Duplicate handling and data hygiene rules
- Users, roles and permissions
- Dashboards and reporting built from the questions your team asks, not from a template
- Workflow automation for follow-ups, task creation, notifications and handoffs
- CRM cleanup: merging duplicates, standardising fields, archiving what is dead
- Migration from another CRM or from spreadsheets, with a check that nothing was lost
- Team walkthrough and handoff documentation
The connection to AI Sales Manager
A clean CRM is what makes automated lead handling reliable. If a lead is answered and qualified instantly but lands in a system with inconsistent fields and no owner, the speed is wasted. Once the CRM is in order, AI Sales Manager can answer and qualify enquiries and write structured records into it. See also Website CRM Integration for connecting a website to a CRM you already run.
When to keep what you have
A lot of CRM problems are usage problems, not tool problems. Before recommending a migration we check whether the current setup can be fixed. Changing CRM is expensive and disruptive, and we will not recommend it because it is the larger project. This scope covers migrating from spreadsheets or a simple existing CRM; a larger platform-to-platform move with real data volume, custom objects or multiple pipelines is CRM Migration, scoped on its own.
Limits
We do not promise revenue outcomes; a CRM records and organises a sales process, it does not create demand. We do not replace a sales leader's judgement about stages or targets — we implement the process you decide on, and help you decide where it is unclear.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.

- Choose HubSpot Implementation instead if you have chosen HubSpot.

- Choose Custom CRM Development instead if the sales process itself does not fit a standard CRM.

What usually comes next
Not a package — only where it makes sense once this is done.
- Workflow Automation & Systems Integration
follow-ups, routing and handoffs once the data is clean
- AI Sales Manager
instant, qualified first replies written into the CRM
- Custom CRM Development
only if a standard tool truly stops fitting

Questions
Should we use HubSpot or Pipedrive?+
It depends on team size, sales complexity, marketing needs and budget. We recommend on that basis, and if neither is right we say so. We do not resell either.
Can you clean up our existing CRM instead of replacing it?+
Yes, and that is often the better option. We inspect first and only recommend migration if cleanup will not solve the problem.
Will you migrate our data from another CRM or spreadsheets?+
Yes. Migration includes mapping fields, importing, and checking the result against the source so nothing is silently lost.
Can this connect to our website forms and email?+
Yes — forms, email and calendar connection are standard parts of the scope where they fit your workflow.
Do we keep control of the CRM afterwards?+
Yes. The CRM is your account and your data. We work through admin access you grant, document what we configured, and hand it over.
