Before and after

Before: a visitor fills out a form at 9pm. Nobody sees it until the next morning. By then, they've already messaged two competitors, and one of them replied first. After: the same inquiry gets an instant reply, a couple of qualifying questions, and — if it's a real fit — a note in your CRM and a calendar link, all before you've opened your laptop the next day.

What it actually asks

The questions are specific to your business, not generic. For a service business, a typical exchange looks like:

Example exchange

"Thanks for reaching out — what are you looking to get done, roughly?" → visitor answers → "Got it. Do you have a timeline in mind, and is there a budget range you're working with?" → based on the answer, the lead is either flagged as ready for your team or given a clear next step (a resource, a calendar link, or a note that someone will follow up).

What happens inside your CRM, email and WhatsApp

Once a lead is qualified, it's logged in your CRM automatically — name, contact details, what they're looking for, and how they were qualified. If email follow-up is part of the setup, a sequence starts automatically for leads that aren't ready yet. If WhatsApp is connected, replies happen on the same channel the visitor used, not a redirect to a different app.

What it does not do

It does not replace your sales team. It handles what happens before a real conversation — first response, qualification, and routing. Relationships, negotiation, and closing stay with your people. The goal is that no lead goes cold before your team ever sees it, not that your team stops being involved.

When this is not a good fit

If your sales process depends entirely on long, bespoke conversations from the very first contact — enterprise deals with no standard qualifying questions, for example — an automated first-response layer may add less value than expected. It's built for businesses where a consistent set of questions can reasonably separate a real inquiry from a wrong-fit one.

Privacy and data handling

The AI is configured on your business's services, pricing logic and qualifying criteria — it doesn't pull from or share data outside what's needed to respond to your leads. Contact details collected are stored in the CRM you already use, not a separate system you don't control.

Pricing

From €490/month, setup fee applies. Includes lead qualification logic, CRM and email handoff, and monthly reporting. See AI Sales Agent Build Timeline for how long setup actually takes before it's live, and AI Sales Manager Cost for how the setup fee itself varies by channel count and complexity.

Where this actually runs today

The chat widget on this site's own homepage is a live instance of this same system — not a mockup. Internally, LATYNEX also runs Freelance Hunter AI and the Tender Broker Agent on the same qualification-and-routing logic (see Portfolio for what those internal systems actually do). We build with the same approach we sell, not a separate internal stack.

Where we work

AI Sales Manager is live in several markets, each shaped around a different buyer reality — not the same page with the city swapped: Dubai for multilingual, always-on response across an international client base; Miami for fast-moving, season-driven hospitality and premium-service enquiries; and Manchester for a growing sales team whose response consistency has outgrown manual handling. It's also used across several other markets — see Locations for the full list of markets we've written dedicated pages for.

Is this the right page?

  1. 1 Assess
  2. 2 Implement
  3. 3 Automate
  4. 4 Build

Choose this page if enquiries arrive and answering, qualifying and handing them off quickly is what you need.

What happens next

  1. 01

We map the process and the tools

Where the work starts, what is done by hand, which systems are involved.

  2. 02

We pick the simplest reliable route

A platform, a workflow or a little custom code — whichever is simplest and safest for this outcome.

  3. 03

    Scope and price in writing

One scope and one price for you to approve. Nothing starts before you agree.

  4. 04

We build it with failure handling

Retries, duplicate protection and a named person told when something breaks, in accounts you own.

  5. 05

    Test, monitor, hand over

We check it against real cases, agree who watches it, and document how it works and what to do when it fails.

What usually comes next

Not a package — only where it makes sense once this is done.

Questions

Does it work with my current website?+

In most cases, yes — compatibility is confirmed during the Revenue Audit.

Can it connect to WhatsApp specifically?+

Yes — see WhatsApp Lead Automation for how that channel works in detail.

What if I want the full system later?+

The AI Sales Manager is one component of a Revenue System — you can start here and expand.

Is the AI trained on my business specifically, or is it generic?+

It's configured on your actual services, pricing structure and qualifying criteria — not a generic script reused across clients.

What happens to leads that aren't a good fit?+

They're not ignored — they get a clear, honest next step (information, a resource, or a note that it's not currently a match) instead of silence.

What if I want to cancel the monthly service?+

Cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement, agreed in writing before setup begins — not left in unclear fine print.

Is this instead of CRM automation, or does it work with it?+

With it, not instead of it — AI Sales Manager is the layer that responds to and qualifies a lead; your CRM's own automation (workflows, sequences) then takes over once that qualified lead is logged. They're complementary layers, not competing tools — see [Website CRM Integration](/website-crm-integration/) for how the connection works.
