What this covers
- The Zoho Forms vs. CRM web-to-lead vs. custom-form decision, made explicitly for how your business actually captures leads
- Pipeline and deal stages that reflect how your team actually sells, with clear entry and exit rules
- Field design — what a record actually needs, not every field the default layout ships with
- Blueprint and Workflow Rules configured for the fixed, rule-based parts of the process (assignment, follow-up tasks, reminders)
- Cleanup of a drifted account, or migration from a spreadsheet or a simpler existing CRM, with the result checked against the source
- Duplicate handling reviewed across every entry path (Forms, API, manual entry), not just within CRM itself
- Dashboards and reports built from the questions your team actually asks
- Team walkthrough and handoff documentation
Native automation vs. a qualification layer
Zoho's Workflow Rules and Blueprint handle fixed, rule-based automation well — a lead assigned to a territory, a follow-up task on a schedule. What they can't do is judge an unstructured inbound message before it's even a qualified record; that's a genuine gap for an AI layer, not a CRM configuration setting. See AI Lead Qualification for how that judgment step works, independent of which CRM receives the result.
How this differs from HubSpot & Pipedrive Implementation
HubSpot Implementation and Pipedrive Implementation are the same depth of work for those two platforms specifically. This page is Zoho's version — same kind of engagement, with the bundled-suite ownership decision as the starting question instead of a single-product setup. CRM & Sales Workflow Implementation covers the general pattern across CRMs.
Beyond CRM — Books, Desk, Campaigns
This scope is Zoho CRM specifically. Connecting CRM to other Zoho products (Books, Desk, Campaigns) is a separate integration question, scoped case by case once the CRM itself is set up correctly — see Integrations for how those connections are typically built.
Limits
We do not resell Zoho licences and do not claim partner status with Zoho. We do not promise revenue outcomes — a CRM organises a sales process, it does not create demand. The account and data are yours; we work through admin access you grant and can withdraw.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.

- One scope and one price, agreed in writing before work starts. Your accounts, code and domain stay yours; any access we use is granted by you and can be withdrawn.
There are no client case studies on this page, and none are implied. What LATYNEX has built and runs itself is on the portfolio, each system labelled by stage. Published prices are on the pricing page; anything not listed there is scoped and quoted after review.
Questions
Should we use Zoho Forms or a custom form connected to CRM?+
Depends on whether you're already using other Zoho products and how much design control you need — the same decision covered on Connecting a Website to Zoho CRM, made concretely for your actual setup during implementation.
Are you a Zoho partner?+
No — we don't resell Zoho and don't claim partner status. This is configuration work inside your own account, the same scope as our HubSpot and Pipedrive implementation pages.
Can you connect CRM to Zoho Books or Zoho Desk?+
That's a separate integration question, scoped case by case — this page is specifically about Zoho CRM's own pipeline, fields and automation.
Can you clean up our existing Zoho CRM instead of starting again?+
Yes, and that's often the better option. We inspect first and only recommend a bigger rebuild if cleanup genuinely won't fix it.
Do we keep control afterwards?+
Yes. The account and data are yours. We document what was configured and hand it over.
How are you invoiced, and in what currency?+
In EUR, by Latynex Trade OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). We do not give tax advice.
