What this covers
- The Lead-vs-Contact decision made explicitly, including whether and when a Lead auto-converts
- Pipeline and Opportunity stages that reflect how your team actually sells, with clear entry and exit rules
- Field and object design — what a record actually needs, not a default template's field list
- Cleanup of a drifted org, or migration from a spreadsheet or a simpler existing CRM, with the result checked against the source
- Duplicate-matching rules reviewed and tightened where the native rules alone let overlap through
- Dashboards and reports built from the questions your team actually asks
- Users, roles and permissions
- Team walkthrough and handoff documentation
Native automation vs. a qualification layer
Salesforce's own automation (Flow, Process Builder) is built for structured, already-known data — it isn't well suited to judging an unstructured inbound message before it becomes a record. Where that judgment step matters, an AI qualification layer fills the gap before a Lead is even created; see AI Lead Qualification for how that works, independent of which CRM receives the result.
How this differs from HubSpot & Pipedrive Implementation
HubSpot Implementation and Pipedrive Implementation are the same depth of work for those two platforms specifically. This page is Salesforce's version — same kind of engagement, different platform, with Salesforce's own object model as the starting decision instead of a smaller default schema. CRM & Sales Workflow Implementation covers the general pattern across CRMs.
Limits
This is a configuration engagement inside your existing Salesforce org — pipeline, field, cleanup and dashboard work at the scale HubSpot Implementation and Pipedrive Implementation already describe. We are not a Salesforce-certified implementation partner and do not claim partner status with any CRM vendor, and we do not take on a large, ground-up enterprise Salesforce build; where that's genuinely what's needed, a specialist Salesforce partner is the honest recommendation, not us. We do not resell Salesforce licences, do not promise revenue outcomes, and work through admin access you grant and can withdraw — the org and the data stay yours.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.

- One scope and one price, agreed in writing before work starts. Your accounts, code and domain stay yours; any access we use is granted by you and can be withdrawn.
There are no client case studies on this page, and none are implied. What LATYNEX has built and runs itself is on the portfolio, each system labelled by stage. Published prices are on the pricing page; anything not listed there is scoped and quoted after review.
Questions
Are you a Salesforce implementation partner?+
No — we don't claim partner status with any CRM vendor, including Salesforce. This is configuration work inside your own org, the same scope as our HubSpot and Pipedrive implementation pages.
Can you handle a large, ground-up Salesforce build?+
No — that's out of scope for us. This page covers pipeline, field, cleanup and dashboard configuration at the same scale as HubSpot Implementation and Pipedrive Implementation. A large enterprise build needs a specialist Salesforce partner, and we'll say so rather than take on work we're not set up for.
Do you decide Leads vs. Contacts for us?+
We surface the decision and its consequences clearly and implement whichever model fits how your team actually works — it's your call, made with full information rather than defaulted to.
Can you migrate our data into Salesforce?+
Cleanup of a drifted org, or migration from a spreadsheet or a simpler CRM, is part of the scope, checked against the source. A large platform-to-platform migration into Salesforce is a different, bigger conversation — see CRM Migration for that boundary.
Do we keep control of the org afterwards?+
Yes. Salesforce is your account and your data. We work through admin access you grant and can withdraw, and hand over documentation of what was configured.
How are you invoiced, and in what currency?+
In EUR, by Latynex Trade OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). We do not give tax advice.
