Seven things here, in two kinds. Five are tools you use yourself and get an answer from immediately, on screen, with no email. Two are reviews a person at LATYNEX actually sits down and does for you, then sends by email. We think it's worth being clear which is which — plenty of sites call the second kind an "instant scan" and hope you don't notice.
If a tool can work something out from what you've told it, you see it — withholding half a calculation to harvest an email address is a dark pattern, and we don't do it. The reviews work differently, because there's nothing to withhold: a human hasn't looked at your site yet. So we publish the full checklist of what we'll examine, right there on the page, and ask for an email because that's where the findings go. What's gated is our time, never information.

No hidden score, no black-box weighting. The same inputs always produce the same output, every assumption is shown on screen next to the number it produced, and where an assumption is arguable you can change it and watch the result move.
No crawler runs when you submit a review request. Someone at LATYNEX opens your site and works through the published checklist by hand, then writes up what they found. That's slower than a script and considerably more useful, and it's the honest description of what happens. If we automate parts of it later, we'll say that too.
A calculator that always recommends buying is an advert. The cost calculator will tell you when your volume is too low for automation to make sense, and it runs that check before the arithmetic gets a chance to flatter anyone.
Where a tool recommends a LATYNEX tier it uses our published pricing exactly. Above the published tiers it says "custom scope" rather than inventing a number to make a comparison work.
The cost calculator deliberately excludes revenue won from faster response, even though that's often the bigger number, because three inputs can't honestly produce it. Anything a tool leaves out is listed on the result, not buried.

They're built to be useful whether or not you ever talk to us, and they can reach conclusions that lose us the sale. The cost calculator will tell you an AI receptionist isn't worth it at your volume and link you somewhere else when that's the honest answer. That's the test of whether a tool is real.
