What it covers
- Choosing the assistants that fit your stack and constraints, without recommending one for its own sake
- Repository-level instructions describing conventions, structure and things the assistants must not do
- Rules for secrets, credentials and customer data: what may never be pasted or read
- Review rules for AI-assisted changes, so nothing is merged unread
- Test and CI guardrails that catch what an assistant gets wrong
- Scoped permissions for tools that can run commands or edit files
- Data and privacy settings of each tool reviewed against your policy
- Onboarding: how to work with the assistant, and when not to
- Documentation of the setup and a named owner
What it does not do
We do not promise productivity multipliers, and we do not claim AI-written code is safe to ship unreviewed. It does not replace engineers or engineering judgement. Vendor and model choices change quickly, so the setup is designed to survive changing the tool. We do not claim partner status with any tool vendor.
Where it sits with the rest
For the wider working setup — repositories, branches, review, CI, staging, releases and monitoring — see Development Infrastructure Setup. For the people side, AI Team Training & Adoption covers hands-on sessions, and AI Implementation for Business covers the non-engineering side of the company.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.
Is this the right page?
- 1 Assess
- 2 Implement
- 3 Automate
- 4 Build
Choose this page if your engineers already use AI coding tools and you want shared rules, secrets handling and review guardrails.
- Choose Development Infrastructure Setup instead if repositories, CI, staging or releases are the bigger gap.
- Choose AI Team Training & Adoption instead if the need is hands-on sessions for a wider team.

- LATYNEX Digital is a service line of Latynex Trade OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). Contact: info@latynexdigital.com.
- How we work · Delivery
- Remote, in English, with the person who would run the project. No local office is implied in any market.
- How we work · Commercial terms
- One scope and one price, agreed in writing before work starts. Your accounts, code and domain stay yours; any access we use is granted by you and can be withdrawn.
There are no client case studies on this page, and none are implied. What LATYNEX has built and runs itself is on the portfolio, each system labelled by stage. Published prices are on the pricing page; anything not listed there is scoped and quoted after review.
Questions
Which AI coding tool should we use?+
It depends on your stack, security constraints and how your team works. We recommend on that basis and design the setup so changing tools later is not painful.
Is AI-generated code safe to ship?+
Not on its own. That is why the setup includes review rules and automated tests. We do not claim generated code is safe unreviewed.
What about our secrets and customer data?+
Rules on what may never be pasted or read by a tool are a core part of the setup, together with a review of each tool's data settings.
Will this make our developers faster?+
Often in some tasks, less in others. We do not promise productivity figures. The aim is safe, consistent use, not a target number.
Do you work with our existing CI and repositories?+
Yes. The setup fits what you have. Where the underlying practices are missing, Development Infrastructure Setup covers them.
