What a programme covers
The content is shaped to the team, but usually includes:
- How ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini actually behave — strengths, limits, and how to check output
- Writing instructions that get usable results, with your own tasks as the examples
- Department-specific workflows: sales, support, operations, marketing, management, HR
- The company's rules — what may be uploaded, what must stay out, when a person must check
- How to use shared assistants and projects the team already has
- Common failures: confident wrong answers, invented references, leaking sensitive data
- A short reference sheet per department that people will actually open
- Follow-up, so questions from real use get answered rather than lost
Formats
Sessions can be for a whole team, for one department, or for a small group of people who will support the others. They can be live or remote. Format and length depend on the team and are scoped in writing before anything starts.
Adoption is more than a session
Training changes behaviour only if the setup supports it. If accounts are personal, rules are unclear and nobody owns the shared assistants, people revert to old habits within weeks. Limits
We do not certify anyone or issue formal credentials. We do not promise productivity percentages. And we do not train people to use tools your company has decided not to use.

What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.

A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.

The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.

Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.

No. We do not issue formal certifications. You get working materials and a team that can use the tools.
