What this covers
- A short review of which AI tools are actually in use today, by whom
- Data boundaries: what may and may not be entered into an AI tool, in plain language
- Role-based rules: who may use which tool for what kind of task
- A written policy document the team can actually read and follow
- One review point agreed in writing, so the policy doesn't go stale silently
How this differs from AI Implementation for Business
AI Implementation for Business sets up a workspace, roles and a few working workflows — usage rules are part of that setup. This page is for a team that already has AI in use informally and wants the governance piece on its own: the written rules, without the workspace configuration. A team starting from nothing usually wants AI Implementation instead; a team with AI already spreading informally usually wants this first.
What this is not
This is not a compliance certification, not legal advice, and not a guarantee that a regulator or auditor will accept it — it is an operational document your team adopts. It does not audit or fix past use of AI tools; it sets rules going forward. Where a real legal or regulatory question exists, we say so and point at needing qualified counsel rather than answering it ourselves.
Limits
We do not promise a specific compliance outcome, and we do not enforce the policy day to day — that stays with the client. The document is only as good as the team's willingness to follow it, and we say that plainly rather than overselling a piece of paper.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.

- One scope and one price, agreed in writing before work starts. Your accounts, code and domain stay yours; any access we use is granted by you and can be withdrawn.
There are no client case studies on this page, and none are implied. What LATYNEX has built and runs itself is on the portfolio, each system labelled by stage. Published prices are on the pricing page; anything not listed there is scoped and quoted after review.
Questions
Do we need this if we already did AI Implementation for Business?+
Often the usage rules from that engagement are enough. This is for a team that skipped that step, or whose AI use has grown past what was originally agreed.
Is this a compliance certification?+
No. It is a written operational policy your team adopts. It is not a compliance certification and not legal advice.
Do you audit how AI has been used so far?+
No — this sets rules going forward. Auditing past use is a different, more sensitive piece of work and is not assumed here.
Who enforces the policy afterwards?+
You do. We write it, hand it over, and agree one review point; day-to-day enforcement stays with your team.
Can you cover legal or regulatory questions?+
No. Where a real legal question exists we say so and point at needing qualified counsel, rather than answering it ourselves.
