What a Claude implementation covers
- Workspace and admin setup in your own Claude account
- Roles, seats and who administers what
- Company instructions so answers start from how your business works
- Shared material and knowledge the assistant may draw on, and what it must not
- Data and privacy settings reviewed against your rules; what applies depends on the plan, and we check it with you rather than assume
- Written usage rules in plain language: what is fine, what needs care, what is off limits
- Onboarding for the team, with examples from their own work
- A small number of first workflows that are worth doing, and the ones that are not
- Handoff documentation so an internal owner runs it afterwards
Where Claude fits
Claude is often chosen for work that involves long documents, careful analysis and writing: contracts and policies to review, reports to draft, research to summarise.
It suits teams whose work is document-heavy. Shared context — instructions and reference material a whole team starts from — is where most of the value sits, alongside clear rules on what may be entered.
Shared projects and reference material
Where the plan supports shared projects, we help structure them: the standing instructions, the reference material, and who maintains both. For material that must stay current across many people, see AI Knowledge Base Implementation. Claude output on legal, financial or medical matters still needs a qualified person to check it.
Not a resale, not a guarantee
We do not resell Claude subscriptions and we do not claim partner status with its vendor. We do not promise productivity figures. Sensitive material is kept out unless you decide otherwise and the settings allow it, and we say plainly when a different tool would fit your case better; see AI Implementation for Business and AI Team Training & Adoption.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.

Questions
Do you sell Claude licences?+
No. You buy Claude from the vendor and we configure it in your own account. We do not resell subscriptions or claim partner status.
Does it keep our data private?+
What applies depends on the plan and the settings. We review them with you against your own rules instead of assuming, and we write down what may not be entered.
How long does it take?+
It depends on team size and how much shared material there is. Scope is agreed in writing before work starts, and we make no time promises on this page.
Is Claude better than ChatGPT for us?+
It depends on the work. Document-heavy analysis and writing often suit Claude; broad general use often starts with ChatGPT. We recommend on your actual tasks, and many teams use more than one.
Can you also train the team?+
Yes: AI Team Training & Adoption covers hands-on sessions with examples from each department. It can be part of the same engagement.
