What an n8n project covers
- The workflow itself, designed around the outcome rather than the tool
- Connections to your CRM, forms, email, spreadsheets, messaging and internal systems
- Error handling: what happens when a step fails, retries, and who is told
- Duplicate protection so a retry never creates a second record
- Credentials and access handled through accounts you own, with access you can withdraw
- Monitoring so a silent failure is noticed
- Hosting decision and setup: n8n cloud, or your own server with backups and update rules agreed up front
- Documentation: what each workflow does, why, and what to do when it breaks
n8n, Make or Zapier
Each has strengths. n8n gives the most control and can be self-hosted; Make and Zapier are quick to start and hosted. See n8n vs Make for Lead Automation and Custom Automation vs Zapier. We choose on the outcome and your constraints, and where custom code is simpler and more reliable, we say so.
Self-hosting, honestly
Running n8n yourself means someone owns the server: updates, backups, security and uptime. We set it up on infrastructure you own and agree in writing who runs it afterwards. We do not run your servers unless that is explicitly part of the agreed scope.
Limits
Automation moves work between systems; it does not fix a process that is unclear. We do not claim ready-made connectors for any specific product beyond what n8n itself provides, and we state during scoping which connections are straightforward and which need building. We do not promise time or cost savings.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.
Is this the right page?
- 1 Assess
- 2 Implement
- 3 Automate
- 4 Build
Choose this page if you want n8n workflows built with error handling, or you need control over where the automation runs.
- Choose Workflow Automation & Systems Integration instead if you care about the outcome and are open on the platform.
- Choose AI Operations instead if the workflow needs AI in the loop.
- Choose Development Infrastructure Setup instead if the underlying problem is servers, staging and releases.
What usually comes next
Not a package — only where it makes sense once this is done.
- Workflow Automation & Systems Integration
to connect the remaining systems around it
- Internal Business Tools
when the automated data needs a proper internal interface

- One scope and one price, agreed in writing before work starts. Your accounts, code and domain stay yours; any access we use is granted by you and can be withdrawn.
There are no client case studies on this page, and none are implied. What LATYNEX has built and runs itself is on the portfolio, each system labelled by stage. Published prices are on the pricing page; anything not listed there is scoped and quoted after review.
Questions
Should we self-host n8n or use its cloud?+
Cloud is quicker to start. Self-hosting gives control over where data lives but means someone owns the server. We help you decide and set it up either way.
What happens when a workflow fails?+
Errors are handled deliberately: retries where safe, protection against duplicates, and a named person notified. A silent failure is treated as a defect.
Can n8n connect to our systems?+
Usually, through native nodes, webhooks or APIs. Which connections are straightforward and which need building is stated during scoping.
Do we own the workflows?+
Yes. They run in accounts and infrastructure you own, and we document them and hand them over.
Is n8n better than Zapier or Make?+
It depends on your constraints. n8n offers more control and self-hosting; the others are quicker to start. We recommend on your outcome.
