An AI automation agency built around one thing: lead flow

Websites, AI agents and lead automation — connected into one system, not sold as disconnected add-ons.

Direct LATYNEX delivery

What we actually specialize in

Not general digital marketing. On this page the focus is the specific chain a service business needs, and LATYNEX builds and connects it: a conversion-structured website, an AI agent that responds and qualifies, a CRM connection, and follow-up automation. See Revenue System for how these pieces fit together. LATYNEX also builds web applications, portals and internal tools, which are scoped as separate projects: see Web Application Development.

Who this is for

Service businesses — consulting, agencies, professional services, B2B — that already get some inbound interest and want it captured and followed up on consistently. It's not a fit for e-commerce catalog automation, or for businesses with no current inbound demand to work with.

How engagements start

An engagement can start with a Revenue Audit — a written review, not a sales call — or directly from a scoped quote request, so scope and price reflect your actual situation rather than a generic package.

What we don't do

We don't manage paid ad spend, run general content marketing, or provide sales training. We connect and automate what happens once a lead reaches you — not how it's generated in the first place.

What you receive, and what decides the scope

A configured and tested workflow connected to the systems in scope; the rules and instructions it follows, written down; a handoff, so your team can see what the automation has done and what needs a person; and operating notes covering how it runs and what to do if it stops. Scope depends on the number of channels, the CRM and other systems connected, how much custom qualification logic you need, and what must always be reviewed by a person. It is written down with a price before work starts.

Reliability and failure handling

An automation that fails silently is worse than no automation. We design so that a failed step is handled and visible rather than dropped: limited retries for temporary errors, an honest error instead of a false success, and logs detailed enough to recover the lead. Failure cases are tested before launch. No connected system is failure-proof, so the aim is that a failure is visible and recoverable. See What happens when an AI automation fails.

When this is the wrong service

If the process needs its own screens, user accounts or business logic that a workflow cannot hold, it is a software build rather than an automation: see Web Application Development or Internal Business Tools.

Why LATYNEX for this

AI work here sits alongside websites and internal systems, so an automation is built into the systems you actually run instead of living as a separate bot.

Work happens inside your real existing systems, repositories and accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw.

Websites, internal systems and AI implementation are all things LATYNEX builds, so a project can start in one and extend into another without starting over.

Testing, deployment and handover are part of the way we work: checked before release, then documented so someone else can run it. This is a working practice, not a certification.

Where we work

Delivery is remote — we currently have dedicated pages for London, New York, Singapore and Amsterdam, plus the other markets on Locations.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick one workflow

What triggers it, which systems it touches, and who owns each step.

  2. 2

    Agree scope and boundaries

What is automated, what stays with a person, and what is out of scope — in writing, with a price.

  3. 3

    Build and connect

The workflow is built inside the systems you already run, through access you grant.

  4. 4

Test the failure cases, then launch

Including what happens when a connected system is down or returns an error.

  5. 5

    Hand over with operating notes

How it runs, what it logs and what to do if it stops.

Questions

Are you a marketing agency or a dev shop?+

Neither, as far as this page goes: the focus here is the website-to-CRM lead chain, not general marketing. Broader software builds such as web applications and portals are separate projects, see Web Application Development.

Do you work with any industry?+

Primarily service businesses with existing inbound interest. See Industries for sector-specific approaches.

Can I see what you've actually built?+

Yes — see Portfolio, including this site's own systems, honestly labeled as internal work where relevant.
