What this covers
- Data pulled automatically from the ad platforms, analytics tools and CRM your agency already uses
- One dashboard layout per client (or per account type), branded as your agency's own — not a third-party tool with your logo bolted on
- Always-current numbers instead of a monthly manual pull
- A client-facing view your account managers can point to instead of building a deck
- Alerting for numbers that move outside a normal range, if that fits your reporting process
Why not just use an off-the-shelf reporting tool
Tools like this exist and work fine for a lot of agencies — we're not pretending otherwise. The case for a custom build is when your reporting needs to reflect your agency's own metrics, client tiers, or branding in a way an off-the-shelf template doesn't fit well, or when you'd rather own the system outright than add another recurring subscription line. If a template tool genuinely fits, we'll say so rather than build something you didn't need.
Not the same as an "AI for agencies" page
This isn't a general AI-adoption pitch — see AI Implementation for Business for that, if it's what you actually need. This page is one specific, industry-shaped workflow: pulling and presenting client data automatically, a problem every agency has whether or not it's using AI tools for anything else.
Limits
We do not claim a ready-made connector for every ad platform or analytics tool — integrations are scoped per project, and we say during scoping which connections are realistic. This presents data; it does not make strategic recommendations or replace an account manager's analysis.
How it works
- 1
Inspect
We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.
- 2
Understand the current setup
What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.
- 3
Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.
- 4
Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.
- 5
Handoff
Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.

- One scope and one price, agreed in writing before work starts. Your accounts, code and domain stay yours; any access we use is granted by you and can be withdrawn.
There are no client case studies on this page, and none are implied. What LATYNEX has built and runs itself is on the portfolio, each system labelled by stage. Published prices are on the pricing page; anything not listed there is scoped and quoted after review.
Questions
Which platforms can you pull data from?+
Scoped per project. We do not claim a ready-made connector for every ad platform or analytics tool; we say during scoping what's realistic and what needs building.
Is this different from tools like AgencyAnalytics or Whatagraph?+
Those are subscription products you configure yourself. This is a custom build your agency owns outright, shaped around your specific metrics and client tiers rather than a general template.
Is this an 'AI for agencies' page?+
No — see AI Implementation for Business for general AI adoption. This is one specific workflow: automated client-reporting dashboards.
Does it make strategic recommendations?+
No — it presents data automatically and reliably. Analysis and recommendations stay with your account managers.
How are you invoiced, and in what currency?+
In EUR, by Latynex Trade OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). We do not give tax advice.
