Control Center — Multi-Business CRM & Operations Platform
A multi-module operations platform that gives one owner a single focus queue, decisions, tasks, portfolio and lead inbox across several business directions.
Several business directions, each with its own enquiries, tasks and decisions, were spread across separate tools. The owner had no single view of what needed attention and no consistent record of who or what had changed anything.
Solution
What LATYNEX Digital built
One web platform with a module architecture: each business direction plugs in a module that exposes its enquiries to a shared inbox, while the core provides focus, decisions, tasks and portfolio. Every change goes through an operation registry that records the actor, supports approvals and guarantees idempotency.
What it demonstrates
What this shows we can build
One internal system in place of separate tools: a focus queue, decision workflow, task list and a lead inbox that reads from other business modules.
Controls built in: changes go through an operation registry with approvals and a unified audit trail, and login needs a password plus mandatory two-factor (TOTP).
How the same capability could serve another business
A team running several tools and directions could get one internal system with its own roles, approval steps and change history.
Focus screen with direction rail, filters and an action queue
Decision workflow: options, consequences, recommendation, deadline and priority
Unified task list across projects
Portfolio of directions, ideas and projects with stage, blockers, notes and history
Read-only lead inbox projected from business modules, with urgency and first-response state
Manual money facts with source and period
Agent report intake and review
Command palette and responsive mobile layout
Capabilities in the code
Multi-module architecture with per-module lead projection
Operation registry with human, agent and service actors, approvals, idempotency and unified audit
Password plus mandatory TOTP login with recovery codes
REST API under /api/v1 with OpenAPI generated from the registry
Hashed, expiring agent credentials
Automated backups with restore verification

How it works
From input to outcome
01
Modules feed one inbox
Each business direction plugs in a module that exposes its enquiries to a shared, read-only lead inbox.
02
The core shows what needs you
A focus queue, decision workflow and unified task list show what needs attention today, filtered by direction.
03
Every change goes through a registry
Changes pass an operation registry that records whether a person, an agent or a service acted, supports approvals and stays idempotent.
04
The audit trail stays complete
A unified, append-only audit trail keeps a record of who or what changed anything.
Technical approach
How it is engineered
A TypeScript monorepo with a Next.js web application and a separate background worker, PostgreSQL 17 with separate schemas per module, and an API layer generated from a single operation registry. Security features include a mandatory second factor, role-scoped access and an append-only audit trail. Unit and end-to-end test suites run against an isolated local database.
