Where this fits
The fit is strongest for a firm of roughly five to forty fee-earners where individual lawyers are plausibly already experimenting with AI tools on personal accounts, and the firm wants a structured, defensible setup instead.
What gets set up
One AI workspace configured in your account; roles and a written confidentiality-first usage policy; a starter knowledge/instruction structure for non-privileged drafting and research tasks; two to three workflows tested on real work; one onboarding session; and handoff documentation. What this is not
This is not legal advice about privilege or professional-conduct rules, and not a compliance certification — the confidentiality boundary is drawn with your firm's own judgement; we implement the technical and process controls around the boundary you set. We do not promise support for every AI platform.
Delivery and limits
Delivery is remote and in English, over video calls and written updates. This is one workspace and a defined scope, not a firm-wide AI governance programme — AI Governance & Usage Policy exists separately for a firm that wants the written-rules piece on its own.

We look at what you actually have today — accounts, roles, tools, data, who uses what — read-only where the system allows it, before anyone proposes changing anything.

What works, what is duplicated, what is unowned, and where work leaks between tools. You get this in writing, in plain language.

Implementation plan
A scoped plan with clear boundaries: what gets configured, what stays as is, what is deliberately left out, and what needs a decision from you first. Scope and price are agreed in writing before configuration starts.

Configure
The plan is carried out inside your own accounts, through access you grant and can withdraw. Changes that touch people, money or customer data wait for your explicit approval.

Documentation of what was set up and why, a short walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a clear line on what is yours to operate from now on.
