More than one organisation or workspace, more than 2–3 workflows, a team larger than the onboarding session covers, or scope that's genuinely a different service — a written AI usage policy on its own is AI Governance & Usage Policy; a searchable knowledge base built from your documents is AI Knowledge Base Implementation; a Microsoft 365 tenant's permissions and licensing is Microsoft Copilot Implementation. Each of those is scoped and quoted on its own terms, not bundled silently into the entry price.
