Logistics software for Monterrey businesses that assemble Carta Porte data from their own shipment records

Parties, goods, vehicles, drivers and routes held on one shipment record, ready to hand to whoever issues your Complemento Carta Porte — not a substitute for your accountant's CFDI filing.

Scope My Shipment-Record Tool

As published by Braumiller Law Group, the Complemento Carta Porte is a waybill supplement attached as XML to Mexico's CFDI electronic invoice, and contains over 185 data blocks covering transport type, pickup and destination points, sender and recipient details, merchandise weight, size, value and classification, vehicle plates and permits, insurance and distances. A shipment moved without it can be sanctioned and investigated as contraband. The current version has been required since early 2024, with a further revision later that year (as published — confirm current requirements with your adviser).

LATYNEX Digital builds logistics software around your own shipment data, structured to that data set. This page covers it for Monterrey businesses. The general service is at Logistics Software Development, and the market overview is at LATYNEX Digital for businesses in Monterrey. Delivery is in English, and this page names no client.

Direct answer

If your Monterrey business ships goods within Mexico, LATYNEX can build an internal tool that holds one record per shipment: parties, goods, vehicle, driver, route and distance, structured to match the Carta Porte data set, with a check for fields commonly missing before the record is sent on to whoever issues the CFDI complement.

Why the global page and the Monterrey hub are not enough

The global Logistics Software Development page has no tax-filing data set to build against, and the Monterrey hub is broad discovery for the market. Here the design point is that a shipment cannot legally move without a document built from over 185 data elements, so the shipment record itself has to hold every one of them from the start, not reconstruct them afterwards.

What we configure and build

The tool sits before the CFDI filing step, not in place of it.

  • A shipment record holding parties, goods, vehicle, driver, route and distance in one place
  • Field checks against the published Carta Porte data blocks you confirm with your accountant or PAC
  • A vehicle and driver register reused across shipments instead of re-entered each time
  • An export or handover format for whoever issues the CFDI and its Carta Porte complement
  • A history of what was shipped, when, and by which vehicle and driver

What stays with you and your accountant or PAC

Issuing the CFDI and its Carta Porte complement, and any dealings with the SAT, stay with your accountant or authorised PAC (Proveedor Autorizado de Certificación). We structure the shipment data; whether a specific shipment or route needs the complement, and how it should be classified, are for your adviser.

What needs API support or custom scope

LATYNEX claims no SAT integration and no CFDI-stamping capability. Any exchange with your accounting system, ERP or PAC is scoped per project through the documented API or export format if access is permitted, after technical review. Unusual cargo types or multimodal routes need custom scope.

What we do not do, and where LATYNEX is not the right fit

LATYNEX does not give tax, customs or legal advice, does not stamp or file a CFDI, does not say a shipment is compliant, and holds no SAT or PAC accreditation. It has no Monterrey office or named clients, and delivery is in English only. If you already run a transport management system that produces Carta Porte data, this page is not for you.

How delivery actually works

LATYNEX Digital has no office in Monterrey and does not claim one. We work with Monterrey businesses remotely, over video calls and written updates, in English, with the same team and process as in every other market.

Questions

Do you have an office in Monterrey?+

No. We work with businesses in Monterrey remotely, over video calls and written updates, in English, and we do not imply a local presence.

Does this software issue or file the Carta Porte complement?+

No. Issuing the CFDI and its Carta Porte complement stays with your accountant or authorised PAC. We build the shipment record that supplies the data they need.

Does this make our shipments compliant?+

No. We give no tax, customs or legal advice and cannot say a shipment meets requirements. Confirm current requirements with your adviser; we build to the data set you and they specify.

What happens if a shipment moves without the complement?+

As published, a shipment moved without the required waybill can be sanctioned and investigated as contraband. That is a matter for your adviser, not something this software determines.

Do you connect to the SAT or a PAC directly?+

No integration is claimed. Any exchange with your accounting system or PAC is scoped per project through the documented API or export format if access is permitted, after technical review.

How are you invoiced, and in what currency?+

In EUR, by Latynex Trade OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). Tax treatment for a client in Mexico is confirmed on the quote, and we do not give tax advice.
