Every new enquiry, triaged before a fee-earner sees it

The first firm to respond with clarity usually wins the client — this is built to make that the norm, not the exception.

Scope my project

UK law firms compete on response speed and clarity as much as on reputation — someone with an urgent legal problem usually contacts more than one firm in the same window, and the first to respond with a clear next step often wins the engagement. See Law Firm Website Automation for the underlying intake approach; this page applies it to the UK market specifically, where firms are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and enquiry volume spans conveyancing, family law, personal injury and commercial practice areas, each with a different urgency profile.

We work remotely with UK-based firms — see the delivery note below — and price the same way everywhere.

Who we work with in United Kingdom

Typical industries

  • High-street and regional solicitors' firms
  • SRA-regulated law firms across conveyancing, family, personal injury and commercial practice areas
  • Firms currently routing all enquiries through a single general inbox

Common lead-handling problems

  • A contact form landing in a general inbox with no one specifically responsible for triage
  • No initial sorting by urgency or practice-area fit before a fee-earner's time is spent
  • Evening and weekend enquiries — when a lot of legal problems actually surface — getting no reply until Monday
  • Conflict-check basics only gathered once someone has time, days after first contact

Data handling
The UK operates its own UK GDPR regime post-Brexit — broadly equivalent to EU GDPR in practice, and covered by the same data-minimisation, consent-based intake standard we apply site-wide. We hold no SRA authorisation of our own and don't claim any.

Triage before a fee-earner is involved, not instead of one

The automation acknowledges a new enquiry instantly, asks structured intake questions — type of matter, urgency, basic conflict-check information — and routes it to the right practice area. It does not give legal advice, does not assess the merits of a case, and does not replace a consultation.

Built around UK practice-area patterns

Conveyancing enquiries behave differently from personal injury enquiries, which behave differently from commercial disputes — the qualifying questions are configured around the practice areas your firm actually handles, not a generic legal-services template.

What this does not do

It gives no legal advice, makes no assessment of case merit or likely outcome, and holds no SRA authorisation. Anything resembling a legal question is routed to a fee-earner — the automation handles intake and triage only.

How delivery actually works

LATYNEX Digital has no office in the UK and doesn't claim one. Delivery is remote — the same team and process as every other market we serve. We hold no SRA authorisation and give no legal advice.

Questions

Does the automation give legal advice?+

No — it never gives legal advice, never assesses case merit, and never replaces a consultation. It handles enquiry intake, urgency triage and practice-area routing only.

Is LATYNEX SRA-regulated?+

No — we're a technology provider, not a law firm. We hold no SRA authorisation and don't claim any; legal judgment stays entirely with your firm.

Do you have an office in the UK?+

No — we deliver remotely, the same way we work with clients across every market. We're upfront about this rather than implying a local office.

Do you have real UK law firm client case studies?+

Not yet published — we're not going to invent one. See Portfolio for the real, currently-live case studies we do have.
