In its own words, PLAZA describes itself as the largest logistics platform in Europe. It is an intermodal centre (rail, road and air) with a customs area, it hosts a large number of companies, and it is managed by a company wholly owned by the Aragon Government (as published by the platform operator, undated). Many operators serving many clients on one site makes the multi-client stock record the core requirement of a warehouse system.
LATYNEX Digital implements warehouse software on its own WMS foundation. This page covers that work for Zaragoza operators. The general overview is at Warehouse Management System (WMS), and the market overview is at LATYNEX Digital for businesses in Zaragoza.
Typical industries
- Third-party logistics and contract warehousing
- Warehouse operators serving several shippers
- Intermodal and rail-linked distribution
- Distributors handling stock for other brands
- E-commerce fulfilment for third-party sellers
- Retail and fashion logistics
Common lead-handling problems
- Stock for several clients held in separate sheets
- Receiving and returns handled by hand
- Client stock reports assembled manually
- No clear line between one client's stock and another's when locations are shared
Direct answer
If you run a warehouse or 3PL at Zaragoza's logistics platform for more than one client, LATYNEX can implement a WMS where every unit of stock has an owner, receiving and returns follow a recorded procedure, and each client gets a stock report built from the same data you work from. Multi-client stock ownership is a described fit of the WMS foundation, scoped to your operation.
Why the global WMS page and the Zaragoza hub are not enough
The global WMS page covers the product in general, and the Zaragoza hub covers the market. A shared multi-operator platform, with rail, road and a customs area on the site, changes the first question: not how one warehouse runs, but how several clients' goods are kept apart and reported on. That is where the scope starts here.
What we configure and build
The build is organised around client ownership.
- Client-owned stock at item, lot and location level, with separation you can show
- Receiving with discrepancy notes that are recorded against the client concerned
- Returns intake, inspection and disposition, each step logged
- Per-client stock and movement reports on a schedule you choose
- Roles, so your staff see what they need and client-facing views can be limited
What you and your clients keep
Commercial terms with each client, customs status of goods and any dealings with the platform operator stay with you and your advisers. We need a description of how each client's stock is handled today, sample reports and access to the systems we would connect. Links to a client's ERP or to a carrier system are scoped per project, through an API or webhook where the system supports it, after technical review; some will need custom scope.
What we do not do
LATYNEX has no integration with the platform, its customs or rail systems, and does not claim one unless scoped; it names no company on the platform, does not give customs or legal advice, and does not deliver in Spanish. The WMS is not an ERP, MRP or MES system.
How delivery actually works
LATYNEX Digital has no office in Zaragoza and does not claim one. We work with Zaragoza businesses remotely, over video calls and written updates, in English, with the same team and process as in every other market.
Questions
Do you have an office in Zaragoza?+
No. We work with businesses in Zaragoza remotely, over video calls and written updates, in English, and we do not imply a local presence.
Can each of our clients see their own stock?+
That can be scoped: limited client-facing views or scheduled reports. Which is realistic depends on your process and is confirmed during scoping.
Does the WMS connect to the logistics platform or customs systems?+
No integration is claimed. If you need one, it is scoped per project, through an API or webhook where the system supports it, after technical review.
Can you replace our current WMS?+
Sometimes. We first check whether the existing system can be configured or fixed, because replacing a WMS is disruptive.
Do you advise on customs status of stock?+
No. We do not give legal, customs or tax advice. Confirm customs treatment with your provider or adviser; we can record the status fields they specify.
How are you invoiced, and in what currency?+
In EUR, by Latynex Trade OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). Tax treatment for a client in Spain is confirmed on the quote, and we do not give tax advice.
