An AI Sales Manager that qualifies enquiries the way you would yourself

Capturing the judgment an owner applies to every enquiry — before it reaches them.

In a lot of Saudi Arabia's SME and family-owned businesses, sales enquiries still route through one person — usually the owner, or whoever's been there long enough to know the business well enough to judge a serious enquiry from a browsing one. That works while the business is small, but it means growth is capped by how many enquiries one person can personally hold in their head, and it means the business can't step away from enquiry handling without something real getting lost.

AI Sales Manager captures the qualifying context an owner would normally ask for themselves — before the enquiry ever reaches them — so the business can grow past needing one person to personally know every enquiry, without losing the judgment that made that person good at it in the first place.

We work remotely with Riyadh-based businesses — see the delivery note below — and price the same way everywhere: from €490/month plus setup, no region-specific markup.

Data handling
We apply the same data-minimisation, consent-based intake standard across every market we serve — this isn't a claim of Saudi-specific regulatory certification.

Why enquiry judgment tends to stay with one person

It's rarely a deliberate choice — it's that the owner or a senior person is genuinely the one who knows which enquiries are worth real time and which aren't, and that judgment never got written down as a set of criteria anyone else could apply. So it stays with them, which means the business's enquiry handling can only grow as fast as that one person's own attention does.

Qualification built around your own criteria, not a generic script

The qualifying questions are built around what actually matters for your business — service type, timeline, budget range, whatever separates a high-value enquiry from someone still comparing options — not a fixed generic scoring model. An enquiry that qualifies gets a structured handoff to your team; one that doesn't gets an honest next step instead of silence.

Growing past the point where one person has to know everything

As the business grows, the owner's judgment doesn't need to disappear — it needs to be captured as criteria the qualification step applies to every enquiry, so a senior decision-maker only sees the ones that actually warrant their time, instead of personally triaging every one that comes in. See Locations for the other markets we've written dedicated pages for, including Dubai, where the same product solves a differently-shaped problem.

How delivery actually works

LATYNEX Digital has no office in Riyadh or the wider Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we don't claim one — delivery is remote, the same team and process as every other market we serve. Communication and qualification currently run in English only, and we don't claim a local Saudi team or government/sovereign-entity experience.

Questions

Does this replace the owner's judgment about which enquiries matter?+

No — it applies the criteria your business already uses, defined during setup, consistently to every enquiry. The judgment about what actually matters stays yours; this just means it doesn't have to be re-applied personally, enquiry by enquiry.

Do you have a team or office in Riyadh?+

No — we deliver remotely, the same way we work with clients across every market we serve. We're upfront about this rather than implying a local presence.

Do you support Arabic-language enquiries?+

Not currently — communication and qualification run in English today. If Arabic support becomes a real requirement, that's a conversation to have directly, not something we'd claim to already offer.

Do you work with government or sovereign-related entities?+

No — we work with private SME and family-owned businesses on their own enquiry handling. We don't claim government, procurement or sovereign-related experience or certification.

Do you have real Riyadh client case studies?+

Not yet published — we're not going to invent one. See Portfolio for the real, currently-live case studies we do have.

What does it cost?+

From €490/month plus a one-time setup fee, the same pricing as everywhere else we work — see How Much Does an AI Sales Manager Cost for the full breakdown.
