Your buyers will never visit. The website is the whole first impression.

For Lisbon companies selling to customers abroad: a site built to turn international inbound into qualified enquiries, not just to describe the company.

Scope my project

Lisbon's business base is unusually outward-facing for its size. A large share of the startups, scale-ups and professional-services firms based there sell primarily to customers who are not in Portugal — elsewhere in Europe, in the UK, in the US — and who will never walk into the office, never meet the team in person, and will form their entire opinion of the company from a website read in a second language.

That changes what the website is for. It is not a brochure supporting a relationship built somewhere else; it IS the relationship, up to the point someone decides to make contact. Business website design here means designing for a buyer who has no other signal to go on, and turning inbound traffic into qualified enquiries rather than into a contact form nobody fills in.

Who we work with in Lisbon, Portugal

Typical industries

  • Startups and scale-ups selling into other European markets
  • Professional and consulting services with clients abroad
  • Software and technical services firms working remote-first
  • Hospitality and property businesses whose customers book from another country

Common lead-handling problems

  • A website that explains the company but gives an international buyer no reason to make contact today
  • Inbound traffic that arrives and leaves without a qualified enquiry, with no way to tell where it fell over
  • Enquiries arriving in several languages with no consistent way to handle them
  • A contact form that captures a name and a sentence, so every enquiry needs a discovery call before it can be judged
Channels
Email, Website contact forms, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
Pricing currency
EUR (our standard billing currency — the same pricing as every other market, not a local tier)
Data handling
GDPR applies here as it does across the EU, and data minimisation and consent-based intake are our baseline everywhere. That is a general standard, not a claim of specific Portuguese regulatory certification or local data residency.

Designing for someone who has nothing else to go on

A buyer in Berlin or Boston evaluating a Lisbon company has no local reputation to draw on, no mutual contacts, and no office to visit. Every question they would normally answer socially — is this a real company, do they work with businesses like mine, what will this cost roughly, what happens if I get in touch — has to be answered by the site itself, in the order they actually ask them.

Most sites answer a different set of questions: what we do, our values, our process. Useful later. Not what is blocking the decision to make contact.

The enquiry is the product of the page, not an afterthought

A lead-generation website is one where the enquiry step is designed with the same care as the homepage. What gets asked, in what order, and how much a visitor has to commit before they get anything back — those decisions determine whether a page with good traffic produces qualified enquiries or none at all.

Asking for more detail up front is not friction for its own sake. An enquiry that already carries scope, rough budget range and timeline is one your team can answer properly instead of scheduling a call to find out whether it is worth a call.

Several languages, one standard of response

Selling across Europe from Lisbon usually means enquiries arriving in more than one language. The practical problem is rarely translation — it is that the non-English enquiries get handled by whoever happens to speak that language, whenever they are free, to a different standard than the rest. See multi-language lead intake for how that is handled consistently.

What this is not

This is not a rebrand, a logo exercise, or a promise of ranking positions. It is a website built around a specific commercial job — international inbound to qualified enquiry — and honest about the fact that traffic has to come from somewhere for any of it to matter.

How delivery actually works

LATYNEX Digital has no office in Lisbon or anywhere in Portugal, and we do not claim one. Delivery is remote — the same team, the same process, and the same EUR pricing as every other market we serve.

Questions

Do you have an office in Lisbon?+

No — we work with Lisbon-based businesses remotely, exactly as we do everywhere else. We would rather say so plainly than imply a local presence we do not have.

Do you build the site in Portuguese as well as English?+

We can build in more than one language where there is a real audience for each. For a company selling mainly abroad, English usually carries the commercial pages and a Portuguese version is worth it only if Portuguese-speaking buyers are a genuine segment — not by default.

Will this get us to the top of Google?+

No one can honestly promise that, and we do not. A well-built site is a prerequisite for search visibility rather than a substitute for it; what we can be accountable for is whether the traffic you do get turns into qualified enquiries.

Can you work with our existing brand?+

Yes. This is about the commercial structure of the site and the enquiry path through it — existing brand, identity and tone can stay exactly as they are.
