Every US freight RFQ, qualified before your team quotes

A mature, high-volume RFQ market — this qualifies the enquiry, your team still builds the rate.

Scope my project

US freight brokerage is a mature, high-volume RFQ market, and a genuine automation-vendor category has grown around the specific problem of quote intake — shipper RFQs arriving with incomplete detail (weight, cartons, CBM, lane, Incoterm) that a broker has to chase down before a rate can even start. See Freight Forwarder Lead Automation for the underlying qualification pattern this page applies to the US market.

This is enquiry qualification, not rate generation, load matching or TMS ownership — several vendors in this category bundle those; we don't. We work remotely with US-based freight brokers and 3PLs — see the delivery note below — and price the same way everywhere.

Who we work with in United States

Typical industries

  • Freight brokers and 3PL companies handling shipper RFQs
  • Businesses receiving a meaningful share of RFQs over email or a website form
  • Brokers coordinating across multiple lanes and modes (LTL, FTL, air, ocean)

Common lead-handling problems

  • RFQs arriving with incomplete shipment detail, forcing back-and-forth before a rate can start
  • Origin, destination, cargo type, lane and Incoterm not asked consistently across whoever picks up the enquiry
  • High enquiry volume with no structured way to triage quickly by hand
  • No structured handoff between an email or web-form RFQ and whatever system tracks the shipment

Data handling
We apply the same data-minimisation, consent-based intake standard across every market we serve — this isn't a claim of FMCSA broker-authority or any specific US regulatory certification.

Qualification built for a high-volume RFQ market

Origin, destination, cargo type, rough weight/CBM, ready date, lane and Incoterm — asked upfront, the same qualification pattern Freight Forwarder Lead Automation is built around, applied to US freight-brokerage volume.

What this does not do

It doesn't generate a binding rate or quote, doesn't check live carrier capacity, doesn't match loads to carriers, and doesn't replace your team's TMS or rate-sheet work — it qualifies the RFQ and hands your team a complete brief to quote from.

How delivery actually works

LATYNEX Digital has no office in the United States and doesn't claim one. Delivery is remote — the same team and process as every other market we serve.

Questions

Does this generate a binding rate or quote?+

No — it qualifies the RFQ (origin, destination, cargo detail, lane, Incoterm) and hands your team a complete brief. Your team still builds and confirms the actual rate.

Does this replace our TMS or do load matching?+

No — this is enquiry qualification only. TMS ownership and load matching are a different, more specialised category some vendors bundle; we don't.

Do you hold FMCSA broker authority?+

No — we're a technology provider, not a freight broker. We hold no FMCSA authority and don't claim any regulatory standing in the freight industry.

Do you have real US freight broker client case studies?+

Not yet published — we're not going to invent one. See Portfolio for the real, currently-live case studies we do have.
